We ordered two of the same wine racks. Customer Service wasn’t helpful, admitted a mistake was made and told us ultimatum only remedy was to ship back the racks at our expense, which was several hundred dollars. Customer lost.

Terrible communication in terms of delivery eta. Either not transparent and forthcoming to keep a high dollar sale on the hook or that the logistics team was completely in the dark about logistics and when the cooler would actually arrive despite the promise and being told that my old Eurocave failed and my cellar with a significant value was not at temp.

Great product and white glove delivery was flawlessly handled.

It takes awhile to get your glasses but it’s more than worth it

The original order took a bit. Once it was delivered, we found it was broken. Customer service was quick to get a replacement. The replacement showed up even faster than the first one.
