Had to have unit delivered
Had to have unit delivered multiple times due to damage. The white glover delivery was not impressive and then left a huge mess both times they were their. We were able to get a refund for a portion of the purchase due to the delivery/quality issues which is why rated a 3 vs. a 1.

We had some difficulties with
We had some difficulties with our furniture delivery, and Wine Enthusiast was pretty responsive to our concerns. It did turn into a comedy of errors, though, and I was left to work the delivery issues myself with the delivery company, which was responsive, as well. But, I did have to stay on top of it, and it took a LOT of my time with several failed delivery attempts. But, the furniture is very beautiful, and we are pleased that we stuck with it. I am still hoping that Wine Enthusiast will be able to obtain some additional glass holders for me to help compensate me for my effort.
