Always buy directly on line. Don't risk buying from a third party seller, I went and purchased from an online seller (Ebay), the seller was false advertising, he was adamant he was right, I proved him wrong. Not only was he selling Battery Operated Wahl Nose, Ear and Eyebrow trimmer as "Rechargeable", he was selling them at the price of a "Rechargeable". Be cautious, buy only from a Store or directly from Wahl. The ladies at Wahl are exemplary, helpful and understanding. Thank you ladies, you deserve a mention.

Ordered a Wahl trimmer on line, advertised as "Rechargeable". When it arrived it was battery operated and had two missing heads. Went back to the seller, he was less than helpful. Was unable to sort it out with him, contacted Wahl who were very helpful. Sending me a replacement trimmer in the post and I also purchased a few other trimmers as Christmas Presents for friends and family. I spoke to two call handlers, Debbie and Rachel. Ladies you are simply the BEST, Wahl keep going, may you continue to grow and flourish.
