I definitely want to compliment VMV on their customer service. The products, however, are lacking. I'm very limited in what I can use on my skin, so am always happy to find things I can use. I purchased the eye shadow and blusher. I didn't have to open the eye shadow packaging very far before I could see that the shadow was coming through the cracks. It had disintegrated into a powdery mess. Loved the color though. The blush, while nicely textured and easy to apply, shows as orange on my cheeks, not a nice pink glow. VMV graciously refunded my costs which I appreciate. Why not turn the powder eye shadow into a cream, though. That would solve the disintegration issue. And is it possible to make the blush in other hues?

I’ve been a fan for over 30 yrs now. I tried using other brands in between but I always come back for it.

I just love this product! It is gentle yet effective for cleansing.

I purchased two lipsticks and I love the product. My only issue was that the color representation was quite what I expected from the image online. Otherwise, the lipsticks are great.

I have been using Essence Skin-Saving Superwash for over a year. I had a rash on my neck, face and arms. This body wash helped clear my skin and I use it every day! It is gentle and effective. Thanks for making it available!!

This is the only brand that consistently doesn’t cause allergic reactions across products for me. A bit pricey, but worth it!

I’m giving this 4 stars because it’s the only powder foundation that I’m sure won’t clog my pores and give me acne. To be honest, before discovering VMV products 2 years ago, I thought I wouldn’t be able to put any kind of makeup on my face anymore. Every other brand that I used gave me bad breakouts, which made me spend a lot more money for Derma treatments. I didn’t give it a perfect score because the coverage is not as good as other foundations, but if you’re looking for a product that is very kind to the skin, light, and for everyday use (to make you look fresh), then this is the product for you.

I came to VMV for skincare for my hyper-reactive skin, not cosmetics. But having tried OOH-LA-LASH a few years ago, it's become my go-to. I've tried way too many mascaras over the years, and this one's got it all - doesn't flake, doesn't irritate my eyes, is waterproof yet comes off cleanly with soap and water or a cleanser without too much rubbing. And you can fix mistakes with a wet Q-tip! Every other mascara I've tried, including some very well rated/expensive ones (you know who you are), seems to result in smears and flakes on my Asian epicanthic eyelids. So by 4pm on a workday, I have scary, bruise-y looking stains and black dust accenting the bags under my eyes...um, no thank you. I'm sticking with my Ooh-La-Lash!

Rich pigmented color, nice matte formula and best fragrance free lipstick I have found! Staying power is pretty good, I would have given it five stars if it stayed on just a little bit better when I drinkk liquids. This is a favorite color as well as Va Va Voom so hoping they keep it well in stock in the future.

I love it - it's so smooth and silky on your skin. I will order more of them.

I am so happy to finally find a shampoo that doesn’t make my scalp itch!! I love that you can use it as a body wash also it makes my skin really soft. The conditioner isn’t my favorite only because it doesn’t detangle my long fine hair, but it does make it really soft after you brush it out! I am using the ID soap bar too and it REALLY gets rid of body bumps-love it! Also, I am in love with the matte lip stick!! It’s been a long road to find skin care and makeup I can actually use, and I can literally use everything! Can’t wait to put my next order in to try some more stuff out!

Great shampoo!

I've had very sensitive skin since I was a kid. My eczema flares if I'm in the sun too long even with sunscreen. I react to new clothes that haven't been washed. Even better, I react to nearly all essential oils and natural products that are supposed to be safe for sensitive skin or hypoallergenic, and the list keeps going. Finding products that are safe for me to use and are actually nice (e.g. don't dry out my hair, leave it feeling sticky) has been my holy grail search. Finally, by some good fortune, I came across VMV Hypoallergenics online and decided to give it a try. I'm a full convert. The shampoo cleans my hair without stripping it, the conditioner moisturizes (not quite like other allergenic conditioners but close), the shave cream works without drying out my skin, the blush is beautiful, and the lipstick stays on for an evening and looks good. I'm a convert for sure. I just wish they had more sun products like a tinted moisturizer or BB cream with SPF. I gave VMV 4 stars because order processing and shipping is really slow.

Great shampoo / soap provided on my safe list by a dermatologist after not being able to use shampoo / soap for a year due to reactions to products this shampoo / soap works for me .

I am so grateful to VMW Hypoallergenics for making products that help manage my dyshidrotic eczema. The high cost is painful, but understandable in light of the research and development costs that must be involved. Why then, does VMW make it so hard for me to spend my money? VMW is perpetually unable to keep core products in stock, such as conditioner and deodorant. Those of us who purchase VMW's products do it because it is necessary, which means we can't just pick up a mass-market replacement when VMW is out of stock for 6 or 8 months (or more). Also, packaging matters when it affects the use of the product. The essence skin-saving conditioner is amazing - but only if you can get it out of the bottle. Why would VMW package a thick cream conditioner in a pump bottle designed for a liquid or gel? I'm tired of doing battle with an ineffective pump every morning, only to have the pump stop working altogether when the bottle is still 1/3 full. At this price, I expect better.
