Product great but please change your shipping company
Website was easy to use, product is great. The bad thing is that FedEx shipped product from KY to PA and back to KY for no apparent reason. This delayed my receipt of the product unnecessarily.

I Would Buy More If It Were Less Expensive.
It's a fine product. Infinitely superior to plastic. It feels better on bare feet. Heavy and effective. I think that it is about 20% overpriced. But it is a great product.

This review is my initial impression of the Vitrazza glass mat, as I have only had it for two weeks. First, the instructions are clear and easy to follow. Laying the mat in place was simple and it looks great. The glass is clear and appears strong and robust. I ordered one and was immediately happy with it and ordered another.

36” x 48” glass chair mat
Looked at these chair mats several times over the past year. When I saw the mat was on sale, I bought it. My old worn out office chair now glides effortlessly and no longer holds me in the pits of my old plastic mat. Good purchase and works like a charm.

My beautiful 2 year old pad shatterred in a million pieces when I dropped my coffee cup on it. I called very friendly and professional customer service, sent in some pics and basic info (took 3 minutes) and within an hour was contacted by FedEx that a replacement had been sent. Received in a few days. This was customer service that I rarely have seen in several decades. Thank you.
