Submitting the return was confusing and I still don’t know if I have been credited for the return. I don’t understand why Vince Camuto pushes you to a third party for a refund. I will never order again from Vince Camuto.

A VC email actually tried to place accountability of a delivery snafu on me. I was upset over VC trying that. Upon sharing my feelings regarding their attempt, I must admit VC took full accountability and apologized.

I Used Klarna Than Returned 2 Items, Still Waiting To Be Refunded On One Item, They Took $21 From Me For Whatever Reason…

Love the boots and the wider calf option. I’ll be wearing these all winter! They shipped really quickly and were perfect on arrival. No complaints!

The boots are beautiful! Its Vince Camuto's Staff! They are noy willing to help when an error been made. ask for a simple exchange, yes size and calf width. The customer service dept. acted like it was a crisis! I was asking too much! Well guess what, the boots are going back! Just because of the way my returned was handled. Or should I say not handled! It has taken 7 or 8 emails, and the outcome was disappointing! No boots for me!

So happy with these! Vince does an amaxing craftmanship on these! I ordered the dark chocolate which is the perfect dark shade, it looks elegant and feels very comfortable. The boot is more beautiful on, the online image does not reflect how amazing these look on.
