I recently purchased a DJI Mavic 2 Pro and a Flymore kit. The salesman was very courteous and had all the answers. Shipping was handled fast and I received my shipment on time. Very satisfied I will recommend and do business again soon.

2 Stars If 3 Is Average
I wasn’t going to leave a review but I kept getting emails asking me to. I thought about it in a Fair way and if 3 is average, VeryDrone would get a 2. My DJI Drone is awesome, but that is not VeryDrone. Let me say that they did not do anything rude or do anything that effected my purchase, or timeline that they promised. It was more with the ordering process and customer service afterwords. I ordered my drone. Then, according to my experience with the 10’s of 1000’s Of other times I have shopped online, the next step would be an email confirming the purchase. I waited. Nothing. Waited a second day. Nothing. Wrote an email to customer service and was told I would hear back in 24 hours. Nothing. Day 3 and Day 4. Nothing. I almost went to DJI and ordered again thinking the order never took. Thing is, I had notice from the financing that it did take. Then I was really confused. Day 5. Finally hear back from CS. They tell me that my order is processing and I will get the email when it is done. Sure enough, on Day 7 I get an email that says the order took. I did get my drone within 2 weeks of ordering. I paid for express shipping so that was kind of a long time to wait to get something shipped. Mainly it was the first week of no confirmation email, no customer service reply. Like I said I was okay when the drone arrived so I was going to forget it. But, I received those emails telling me to leave a review. So I did. Again, the 2 stars is if 3 is average. I don’t think they met an average sellers requirements. All it would have took was an email the same day saying they received my order and I would get another when it shipped. All of the other stuff would have been avoided if that one simple thing happened. Would I buy again? Probably not. Unfortunately. I suppose if someone told me that my experience was not the norm and it was some glitch that caused it. Then maybe. I am not a wealthy person. So wondering for a week if a $2000 purchase took us nerve wracking. ...

Bough refurbishments marvic 2 zoom
Excellent service from Chris. Drone arrived in original box and new. I can’t tell the difference between new and refurbished drone. It works perfectly after following settings and calibration. I am considering buying another thermal drone for building inspection very soon from very drone. Thanks again for the great product.

I purchased 4 items. DJI Goggles, Extra battery, Osmo plus and a Mavic Pro bundle. I received 3 items and not the bundle. It said it was in stock but I waited almost 15 days after my order was placed and over a week after my partial order arrived to cancel because it was NOT in stock. I would have ordered something else. If you do not have something in stock state it clearly on the site. I now have everything accept a drone.... I ordered the drone first and filled my order with extras to my limit with Bread financing. Now I am in a situation where I dont have enough credit left to buy anything in stock that goes with what I received. Very disappointed. Saving grace was fantastic customer service from Chris Pincket the customer service rep. He was fantastic and will keep me ordering from the company. Thanks, Dan Maiers dmaiers@gmail.com
