The shorts were a little large. The colors great & the feel great. Since it was the only thing you had that was close to my original order from months ago just glad to have gotten something for the money. Oh and a number of the emails were confusing. Best of luck.

Pajamagram is a great company.
Pajamagram is a great company. Ordering is a breeze. The variety is good, the products are nicely made. The pj's last for year's. (My only cavit would be, if a product is on a long back order, please let the client know. I ordered a get well gift in April, or May. My friend didn't get her pj's till the end of July. I never knew they didn't arrive sooner until, I received notification my gift was on the way. So maybe some email updates? All in all, still very pleased with my purchase.

I don't know what has happened to your company. I have been ordering from it for years, but it had been awhile. This latest experience was unbelievably bad. One of the pairs of pjs I received was too large, so I requested a simple exchange and returned the original order right away. You received my return on March 27 & it took SEVEN (7) weeks for me to receive the exchanged pajamas. By then, cold weather was over in NC & I won't be able to wear them until fall. I can't see that I will be using your services again.
