ari’s customer service was exceptional. When a FedEx shipping issue caused a delay, Vari immediately shipped a replacement with no questions asked. The entire process was fast, professional, and hassle-free. It’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about their customers like this.

Installation was terrible. Save yourself the money and install it yourself. They rushed it and left the table like 80% installed and I had to put the last few plates in.

I ordered the drawer and I could not be more pleased! When one closes the drawer, there is a noticeable 'click' when the drawer closes completely, ensuring all contents will not accidently fall out if the drawer were to open suddenly. Easy installation even if you are not flipping the top of the desk over to install the drawer. My desk already had the pre-drilled holes for the drawer.
