Had an amazing experience with my last order, I did have an issue with the gear but the problem was resolved expediently and professionally. By far the best experience I have ever had with customer service from a company. And the gear i received that didn't have an issue is absolutely fantastic. US Elite has the best customer service. I am a police officer and depend on my boots every shift. I had an issue with my LOWA Zephyr GTX Task Force, they squared it away quickly and I had a brand-new pair before the week was over.
