I never have been able to fault the service. Clear, efficient and with a personal touch. I went for in store collection; good to be reminded of the great retail experience of tactile shopping combined with the reassurance that had the helmet not fitted there were alternatives right in front of me combined with knowledgeable assistance. Happy to say the description online and the YouTube review were spot on. And I rode home with my new purchase on and a smile on my face - a great retail experience.
