Great product and excellent customer service. Had a slight issue with some damage on the visor. Emailed Urban Rider and had a response same day. They ordered a replacement that is due to land with me tomorrow. Special thanks to Izabela, who provided regular updates via email and was very helpful in resolving the issue. Despite the slight hiccup i still give 5 stars as the response more than makes up for it. Will definitely look to order from Urban Rider in future.

Two pairs of jeans ordered. One pair were a hopeless fit. Returns process was easy to follow and dealt with very speedily. Shall be shopping with Urban Rider again. No snags, only good things to say about the whole experience.
