I recently ordered the Maui patio set, only to realize I should have ordered the Brunei. I sent a note to customer service, got a quick response back with a simple link to pay for the difference and got several other quick replies regarding my additional questions. I love the black/gray sectional and lounge chairs. They look fabulous and were relatively easy to set up. They should come with the clips, but don't, so be sure to add them to your order.

I bought the Fiji 9pc and the Boracay Sun lounger set. Firstly the Customer Service when I ordered was good. Told me it was out of stock till 15th and was shipped on 17th, received on 26th Aug 16. Packaging was excellent no damage whatsoever.... Color (Lime) brilliant, nice thick cushions.... Price was very reasonable after shopping around for months...... Nice to deal with a Company that has some service for the customers, which is how companies used to be. Would definitely buy from this company again and recommend them to my friends.

We're very happy with our patio furniture. They look very elegant, are pretty comfortable, and arrived as expected. My only complaint is that the clips to hold the sectional together are not included, as if a customer won't want them. UF should simply include them so customers don't have to make an additional purchase, or at least make it clear on the webpage that they are not included. That being said, this set is beautiful and worth every penny, so far.

Everything I expected. It's a "short" chair but that's what I expected. It doesn't rock backwards but I knew that too. Great quality. Unpacking it took about an hour but putting it together was a cinch (five minutes).

I am in awe of my furniture. I was taking the cushions in every night just because I did not want to get them dirty but now I leave them on the chairs (crazy huh!)! I purchased the nice bright lime green and I love them! I also ordered a cover that is on back order. I keep changing the furniture, my husband is going to move me out on the patio with our furniture!
