Ideal Time to Chill I
Ideal Time to Chill I added 'MInd & Mood' by UpWellness 3 weeks ago. I have used some of the ingredients individually at times over many years. I think this combination is working for me. I want to support good sleep. It took a week to work out the best doesing fir me. I typically had opposite reactions (such as stimulants knock me out and visa versa). When taken in the evenings I could not sleep. No amount of my typical meds helped. I finally settled on 1st cap in AM and 2nd around noon. If I sleep past a dose I skip it so not to get over stimulanted before the calming effect eases in at bedtime.
