Great product. Disappointed in Unison
Great product. Disappointed in Unison and won't buy from them again. They charge a very high shipping fee (in an era where many companies include for free and even international shipping costs less). Unison doesn't know how to create accountability with their delivery partners. I spent 2+ hours wading through calls with delivery company #1 and company #2. Only received marginal help from Unison. And they refused to provide a full refund on the high shipping fee they charge. Only provided 50% after multiple requests. Will not buy from Unison again.

My first order was for the yellow mat, called canary, which I hoped would be gold. When I mentioned this to customer service when speaking about something else entirely,, she said, “Send it back! Try the orange”. I did. By the way, real people answer the phone and know what you’re talking about. I’m very impressed with their customer service. I highly recommend this company for design, quality, and customer service.

I like everything we’ve gotten from Unison. The glasses come wrapped very well so nothing is ever broken, and we love using them every day. When our order was missing one glass, they sent it immediately with no hassle.
