My steamer does not work properly. I don’t know how to get a hold of anyone I’ve been out of town I just used it today November 11. I have to return it before the end of the month. I'm still trying it out,
I'm still trying it out, but so far, so good. I keep finding things to use it on, but I love it on the floors! The only downside the I found is I think the handle could be a little more sturdy. I'm kind of hard on cleaning tools. Also I also wish there were a tool with a bonnet to get into small crevices. I love the fact that it only needs - WATER! It also has a higher temperature than the other steam cleaners out there. I wish I had something like this when all my kids were little and at home. But it does make life a little easier for me now. Thank you.

I felt it really did a good job killing germs! It did not agree with my concrete floors, left marks on floor. My fault for using on a glazed floor!
