This product is very good for my road bike but is not convenient for a heavy bike such as an ebike. It would be nice to get one with a larger base preventing it to flip over from heavy bikes.

I bought one to try. Loved it and thought I will make my own. Took a trip to hardware store and realized buying supplies would be expensive enough. I wouldn't be able to make anything as secure and stable. I ended up buying 2 more and getting 3rd at a discount. My shed could only accommodate 3 out of my 4 bikes. It is a resin shed so can't hang them. Now all 4 fit in less space and I have winter tires in there now too. They are easy to put together.

Use it often. Great cleaner. Too bad they don't have a cordless model like just came out for the U.S. market. I would buy one.

I finally bought my THANE Steamer!! I am so happy I did because it cleans like a dream on all of my tile floors and I know now that they are really clean. It was fairly simple to assemble and is amazing how much space it has freed up now that I am storing my bike on it in my spare room.

Being allergic to scented products, I like to clean with steam. The H20 does work but I wish you could take the container out to refill. I also feels it drips water more than it should but overall it’s ok.

I'm very pleased with my steam cleaner. It works well but of course not so well in the corners. It would have been helpful to receive more than one microfibre cloth and more than one rug mop.

This rack is perfect to free up space in the garage. Very easy to use and assemble.

very pleased with product

This is the worst company to work with.I ordered the deluxe steam mop for $178.00 and did not receive have of the attachments that were supposed to come with it. After several emails trying to fix the situation I was told that’s not what I ordered but thanks for the money. I would just be very happy to get what I paid for. I really like the mop just wish I could get the attachments I ordered. Thank you
