My house has only tile floors, light grey, wood like pattern. I’ve tried mops, Swiffers, another steamer. All left streaks nor did they clean well. This was was very easy to assemble. I’ve steamed the floors and, best yet, I can steam just the grout lines and cleaner them in a way nothing else did. Just remember to use distilled water. I didn’t with my last one and ruined it (not a great loss). Great for hard to reach places like around the toilet also using the nozzle brush attachment. I bought extra mop heads. Still can’t figure out when to use the chenille one vs the “flat” one.

Walked on them barefoot and could feel the cleanliness. Moved on to bathroom tile, fantastic. Tried the nozzle attachment around sink and faucet, wow, cleaned as advertised. A quick refresh on the living room carpet. Everything dried within 5 minutes. This is a great product.
