I have used this program for several years and would recommend it to anyone starting out on Cad.

Really like this version, great improvement (sheetmetal tools). Still trying out the Bend by Sketch tool, not sure if the ACIS will allow to bend a part on a curve, maybe someday. Even though I haven't used the Architectural tools, I like the new staircase by Linework, Multi-Story House Wizard and the Turbosite tools. I have Install the Turbosite Standard app to my iPad. Also glad to see more improvements into the NURBS area. Would like to move from having to learn two to three CAD / modeling programs. (AC3D for X-Plane 11 - uses a different .obj8 file than Wavefront and Shark LT for general NURB work.) On a side note, just purchased TurboCAD 2D/3D Training Guides for 2017. But it look just like version 2016 which I have. Would like to see new sessions (different tropics) that include how to use the new tools. Good job on 2017.

The learning curve is slowly evolving from LTPRO but I am really liking it.

I like Pro Platinum 2017. I like the features for doing 3D mechanical design. I find the program is easy to learn and works well. I had good experience purchasing from a sales person at TurboCAD and from buying online.

Very comprehensive program, however, difficult to use help screens don't seem to answer many simple questions, Tech. Support takes forever to answer questions online.

We use Turbo PDF extensively and are very happy with its mark up and measuring properties.

I just bought Turbo cad deluxe and as an inexperienced customer the tutorial can MUCH, MUCH better. I started the 1st exercise ( drawing the rectangular ) and after only 4 steps I'm stuck. The tutorial is so confusing and frustrating with all the missing/wrong info. For example: at some point I have to draw some circles in the rectangular and have to use the function Circle center and point, I spent almost 2 hours just trying to figuring out how to do this and still I can not get it to work. The whole exercise is supposed to be 30 min. I know I can buy the 100 $ training guide, but is it better to understand? is it better written? this is not a negative opinion about turbo cad deluxe ( once I get to know it better I will be back here) its just that I'm very frustrated with the provided tutorial. kind regards

I have used DesignCad professionally since it's MSDOS versions in combination with other graphics software. You won't find a better CAD solution for architectural/engineering applications.

I decided to upgrade from TurboCad 2015 Pro to TurboCad 2016 Platinum Pro with IMSI's most recent offer (Feb/Mar2017). I contacted the sales department and was assisted through the purchase and upgrade process by Bruce, a very congenial representative. He was very helpful throughout the entire transaction/process. This most my recent interaction with IMSI staff. I'm a novice CAD user. There's a lot to learn, but I'm sure to complete my project eventually. There are also plenty of TurboCAD videos on YouTube.

A lot more program than I expected, the tutorials are great as well.

I use TurboCAD for my consulting and manufacturing work in Aerospace. The powerful Mechanical CAD functions in the Platinum version make transcription of old 2D drawings into new, 3D objects straightforward and these 3D objects can be quickly quoted and manufactured. I also use TurboCAD to get work on the online freelancing websites. The photo-realistic rendering capabilities add extra pop that the clients appreciate. Additionally, TurboCAD can read and write AutoCAD among a couple dozen other formats. There is also a lot of support for Architectural projects, but I only have a little bit of experience there. The Deluxe version is far cheaper, but it still has many useful functions for creating objects and the 3D photo-realistic rendering capabilities are amazing.

I have used Turbo Cad since version 2 or 3. I'm not a full time drafter but I have used it for a lot of projects. Recently I tried the full (free student) version of AutoCAD and it was very nicely done but was way too complex for the occasional drafter that I am. Turbo Cad has all the features+ needed for professional and hobbyist innovators.

I'm forced to use Autocad in some of my work but I'm not the fastest at it by far. It's easier to get things done in Turbo and then bring it in as a .dwg and bypass the Autocad complexity.
