Burglary Thwarted
Less than one week after I received and installed an under-seat box from Tuffy Security Products, someone broke the back passenger window out of my truck and gained entry. The only items of value in my truck were secured inside the locked box. The burglar attempted to force entry on the box and damaged a lock cylinder, but was unable and left without stealing anything. I definitely recommend this product!

Outstanding!
I lost the key to the lock box in my Ram 1500 Bighorn. I called Tuffy and a key was ordered and shipped the next day. Customer service was top notch. Thanks!

Easy install of Jeep TJ
Easy install of Jeep TJ full console. Disappointing however that web site does not state that FULL CONSOLE does not come with REAR cup holders. Factory console had them. At least web page should state that they are AVAILABLE at extra cost. . . . no mention of it. After install it looked foolish with factory rug cut out for cup holders, but TUFFY console did not come with them. Required call to customer service to find out if they offered them to cover space on floor.

Opened Box

Tuffy asks to open box & search for missing parts etc. I wasn’t going to hassle with that! I sent pictures to Tuffy & asked to exchange instead of return my purchase. I bought the 6-1/2” universal console. It is a nice upgrade on a ‘78 fj40 I’m restoring. I called tuffy to purchase a second dual cup holder. The first time I called I opted to leave my number and be called back. Never received a call. Called them again and was literally on hold for just over an hour. Finally talked with someone, placed the order and everything went fine, but damn Tuffy, get some people on the phones!

Awesome Safe.
Great truck safe. Fits perfect. Easy install. Locks need a touch of oil but now silky smooth. Recieved safe with dent in the top but im sure that was delivery driver. Not worth the fuss of returning when its hidden under the seat. Great product!

Made it right
I have ordered several items and wanted them keyed alike but couldn’t get the same key so they sent me 3 locks keyed alike for me to swap out. Totally above and beyond.

An excellent product, stellar support
Tuffy Security Products' support is second to none. To begin with, their vehicle console safe is built to do the job. When I found myself without a key, I called their support line and found their support personnel eager to assist and resolved the issue with minimal effort on my part.

New Truck missing safe keys
Dealership owner left the keys at his vacation home before the sale. Locksmith could not open the safe. Ordered keys from Amazon after market key dealer, they did not work. Thank you Tuffy.

Spare keys
Ordering extra keys for my Jeep Wrangler lock box was a wee bit confusing. I wanted 2 keys. I ordered what I thought was 2 keys. Nope. Received 4 keys. Worse things have happened. And, 4 keys for $20 is a better deal than 2 keys for $20 no matter how one looks at it. Silly me, I thought Tuffy was being benevolent. Again, nope. Order 1 and you get 2 keys. You get it. Also, was not aware of their generous military discount. Next time.

Packing was okay , could have used more bubble wrap ans tape to hold the box together. service for ordering it was easy and receptive. . Installation was quick amd I actually put it on youtube on how quick ot was. Feedback is that you need to remove the back rubber mats before install. I tightened the bolts down to tight and cannot remove them to wash them out without loosening the bolts. Added some foam to lesson tool noise in the box
