I spoke with a representative regarding the healing cream in the Deluxe Sample Kit that had separated slightly (orange color around the rim of the cream). I believe this was due to the product being shipped when the weather was unusually hot in our area, but of course don't really know. I was told this was not normal but it would be fine and to use it anyway. It is still that way, but I am using it. It was not suggested that I send it back, or that there would be any follow-up.

I received my order quickly and in good condition. I had a question regarding how to layer the products, I emailed the support team, they were so helpful with me, explaining every steps. I recommend theses products and this company, I had a great experience.

TBH, I really don’t know if these products have improved the look of my skin.

Best skincare I've ever used delivers real results. Recently bought the device and will see how that works. Please take that leap of faith you won't be disappointed.

Service was good— seems like a company that would follow through if there ever was an issue with products , shipment, etc.

Bin sehr enttäuscht dass man mein Anliegen einfach ignoriert. Die Bestellung war schon sehr teuer dann auch noch die Zollgebühren! Hier werde ich es mir überlegen zu bestellen. I’ve been using the truth system products for a few weeks now. I’m in love with these clean products. They work and do not irritate my skin. Another plus about this company is that if you have a question about your skin or anything about the product just send them an email or call, your issue will be addressed in a timely fashion. The shipping is fast and service is the best. They’re a little pricey but you only use a small amount.

I had a few hiccups with my order but customer service handled it beautifully. Things go wrong and the way a business handles it makes all the difference, I'm pleased truth was equal to the task. As for the product, some of the best ingredients out there and you can see and feel the difference. I will always use truth.

Almost used the full line of skin care and each product has its own amazing effects which leaves the skin super amazing. Ben has so much knowledge in skin care and his products are just the best. The balms and creams seem to make my face greasy. They don’t absorb well

There was no search botton and there were a few products I could not find.prices are way to high for the average gal.

I use the Transdermal C Balm, Vit C Serum, 1% retinol, 5% retinol, Biomemetic Mineral Mist, Hyaluronic Acid and the NRGY device. All fantastic and do what Pharmacist Ben promises. Thank you for these products, I will not purchase outside of the Truth Treatment line.

My aesthetician started me on these products and so far so good. I absolutely love the way my face looks and feels. Even when I get up in the morning my skin still feels good from doing my bedtime regime.

1) Not easy to order, 2) Doesn't come with good directions, 3) Customer Service poor ... doesn't know the products, 4) eye cream made my eyes puffier, 5) after use, I developed a pimple on my forehead.
