I just want to say how pleased I am with the customer service of this company. I got my boyfriend a watch from here for his birthday back in September and he loves it. So when the band broke I few weeks ago he was devestated. I immediately emailed the night it happened not expecting to here back until Monday morning. I ordered this watch as a gift for my husband. When we received it, it was perfect, but when we went to set the time the seconds hand came loose. I emailed Tree Hut and they were so gracious about the mistake and had me send it back. The turn around was quick and we received the watch in perfect, ticking condition! The quality is amazing all the way down the stitching. My husband loves it, especially with the personalized engraving. 10/10 would recommend! :)

I really like the watch but the color of the hands are the same as the face and make it difficult to tell what time it is. Love the look and the weight of the watch, definitely different.

I purchased a watch for my boyfriend for Valentines day. I came in 2 days, just in time which I was so grateful for! The watch is nice the only thing I wish was that the engraving was a bit bigger - you can barely see it. The band is not very long - though to be fair he is a big guy wil larger wrists. Otherwise it looks very cool and the fact that it is wood is awesome!
