I had a great experience with TP, I ordered 10 of a high cost item and they called me to ensure I hadn't accidentally ordered that amount which I thought was really great! Fast shipping and all arrived in good condition.

The treehouse is well constructed and was easy to put togther. Its has held up well in the Bristish weather.

Arrived when expected

As previously mentioned in my other review for this play equipment, the company's customer care is very good but some of the design details need rethinking when considering the age/size of children the items are intended for.

Bought for my grandson's 6th birthday. My daughter had the frame and wanted the slide for him. He loves it! He's autistic and loves pouring water first before sliding! Daughter very happy with the slide.
