Paid $12.50 for express shipping, it arrived within 1-2 days but not gift-wrapped though I paid for that as well... Other than that, they do have a wide variety of toys...

Too long delivery process

Tried to give toytag another try on purchases compared to other retailers but did not improve my impression of toytag. Perhaps it is due to the delivery partner toytag uses, delivery always seems to be a tad slower than most retailers, delivery status as scheduled will be stuck for two days before actual delivery is conducted. Previous received 3 board game boxes of 1 which box was damaged but no followup was initiated and I let it rest as I do not want to wait again for delivery. Hoping current delivery box will be in good condition.

Falsely advertised their product and so I bought and received the wrong product (listed Keychron K4 as aluminium frame, but the one you will receive is plastic). Customer service was rude and sarcastic on email, inadequate compensation. Would not recommend.

A well designed online store with a large catalogue of toys. Customer service is good but could be better. Help line be it through phone call or online chat is only average. Items are a little on the pricy side compared to other resellers. Very bad customer loyalty features. The Perkd App loyalty/rewards are not accessible to those outside Singapore.

Good range of games and toys. Delivery is swift and the products are in good order. However, it is difficult to get someone to answer my questions when needed. Need to wait some time for chatbot to respond. Email doesn't work at all. I ordered the products to be wrap but I can't make out which product is which after wrapping. It would be helpful if you can indicate the products somehow.
