I am an interior designer by trade- building my own custom home was a daunting task. I was very in flunked by new design trends and I spent literally weeks looking for the perfect knobs. I was using polished nickel faucets and light fixtures throughout my home. Finding the right sized polished nickel hardware was very difficult. I could not be more pleased with the EDWARDIAN 5" pulls we ordered for our cabinets. I put them throughout my ENTIRE home, in all I ordered 81! the price for these knobs was really affordable considering the elegant styling. When they arrived I was so surprised at how heavy they were. They have such a nice quality. They do not feel cheap. They feel like they are $30/piece knobs. I believe I bought one for around $12/knob. They match my faucet fixtures in style and color extremely well. I absolutely love these. Buying them sight unseen in that quantity was a bit daunting but I felt like the website did an excellent job of showing pictures and giving accurate descriptions of the knobs. I even have extra to use on a few dressers for my home. I love them that much!

The design was exactly what I was looking for, slim clean lines in polished chrome. The edges, however, are rough on some spots of several of the 8 I purchased. I used them but feel the quality of the plating was lacking.

My experience with the Customer Service Representative (Ameet) was "top notch". We had an issue with a few of the pulls we purchased, and there wasn't the usual inquisition of 100 questions to validate the reason for the return. He was totally emphathetic and the very same day he had the replacement scheduled and a return label sent to me. That's what I call 5-star customer service. He made working with Top Knobs a very good experience. Highly recommend. Oh not to overlook the fact that the pulls we purchased are beautiful!
