Need to resolve the shipping issues. I returned 8 drawer pulls and re-ordered a different set of drawer pulls. I paid for shipping on the original shipment, paid for shipping on the second shipment and paid for shipping on the return. By the time I was finished paying for shipping charges it was more than the original order. There should be free shipping on all purchases and a return mailing label sent for returns. Without addressing the shipping issues, other competitors will take over your business.

Handles arrived very soon after my order. I'm finally getting them installed. Contractor complimented the quality of them as well as having applicable hardware (which, apparently many do not). They are beautiful, substantial in weight and a little different from what I saw at the 'big-box' stores. The comparison to quality is not even on the same scale. I highly recommend.

excellent product - quick delivery

The ordering and shipment went great but they popped off the wall immediately after installation. I left a voice mail message but it was never replied to. My contractor was able to make modifications and reinstall the bars. He says that the units that are mounted into the wall were poorly machined and the threads wouldn’t accept the screws. I had to compensate for the extra time he spent and these towel bars were not cheap to begin with. Disappointing. Perhaps you should consider contracting with a domestic company for these products. It might cost more but in the long run, consistent quality would keep customers coming back and be better for business.
