Sometimes I just need one item, so I won't order from Detox Market as I do not want to pay for shipping, so I will order the same product from Sephora for free or Well. ca for free with $35 purchase. Would you consider free shipping over $50? Then I would perhaps order from this store more often. Thanks for listening.

I feel that packages could be delivered a bit more faster. Service online is good but I would say that sometimes the details/information listed on products is limited, especially if order is placed through a mobile so I feel that needs improvement .

First off, long time customer and fan of your company. I am so happy to be able to find more conscious products in the beauty space! Even though I can get to Toronto for an in=person experience, would be great to offer people a pop-up experience somwhow? (hamilton and other cities around the GTA) to reach more people. As for the online experience, it would be great if when asking for reviews you could prompt people to include pertinent details: age range, skin type, weather, how they use it, consistency. Lots of people miss the mark of what the purpose of a good review is! (inform people in making a decision to buy) It helps to know all of these details when trying to buy a product online --essentially blind. Also would love more samples! Keep up the great work!

Detox Market is my go-to for clean skincare, beauty and health products. From sunscreen to protein powder to shampoo to makeup, it has it all! I live quite far away but always take the time to stop in when I can as the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. My feedback would be to restock more frequently as I have had to turn to alternate vendors for some products that take so long to come back in (Ere Perez and Plume are key examples), otherwise this would have been a five star rating!
