Not happy with them . Can I return even though I trimmed them to size?

I loved these inserts. Sadly I put them in a pair of old shoes I decided to toss out and accidentally threw away the new inserts.

They were just ok

Comfortable and fits my shoes well.

They were suppose to relive pain but instead I felt more pain while wearing them. It’s a scammy product

Great insole, very comfy with great support!

Really disappointed that the FlexThin low arch product was discontinued, and that the run support low arch and run cushion low arch offerings are advertised as being good in soccer cleats when they are far too thick in the heel. Now I’ve got over a hundred dollars invested in insoles in not sure I’m able to use. The hassle is packing it all up to return doesn’t seem worth it, but not sure what else to do.

Shipping was fine, I just found them very uncomfortable.

Not a great insole

Surprisingly…the inserts helped my son. He’s growing and developed persistent heel pain whenever he’d play basketball. I looked around and these seemed to be the best value. I trimmed them, popped them in his Nike’s and he said his heel hurts less. I ended up buying a second pair when he outgrew his old shoes. Great customer service, too.

I couldn't be more satisfied with these inserts! I have been using them in my 40 plus pairs of shoes for years. Yes I am 79 years old and have been using them for 2 plus decades. I replace a particular pair them as needed. They breakdown in effectiveness about evert 2 years. Keep up the good work SupperFeet !!!!!!!.

My son is 11 and has severs disease, he says they help some with pain and feel great on his high arch. He still has to be taped and stretched . Not sure why they are so expensive.
