Great people to work with
Great people to work with and very helpful. The company does quality work installing and communicating. The only reason for the 4 stars is the install took forever with the power bank having to be moved at one point. We were told we could possibly turn on our solar the end of September or early October and it ended up being mid November.

Amazing company! Nayeli was helping
Amazing company! Nayeli was helping us from the start and did a wonderful job! She was patient with us while our roof was repaired before installation, excellent communication and kept us updated the whole time! Would highly recommend Sunsolar Solutions and ask for Nayeli!

The whole process was seamless
The whole process was seamless and as agreed upon from the start :)))) All of the crew from pre-sales, sales, install, after sale, APS’ role in the whole process, to configuring the Tesla powerwall tres. It was super smooth. Oh, and you get people —the same people to work with, through the whole process —that’s kind of a big deal. I recommend!

The process was easy and we were kept updated a few times a week by our communication rep. Jason. The guys that came to install our panels were fast and efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I definitely recommend this company for solar panels

This was because they were very active in communicating each progress of the project. Their scheduling for each phase of the project was organized and quick; I didn’t experience any rescheduling, everything was on time. Another thing I liked about them was their detailed information from the beginning, so you know the sequence of steps without needing to call and ask about the current stage or what's coming next. I highly recommend.

I have been pleasantly surprised by the level of service and clarity of communication I have received from Sunsolar throughout the entire process of purchasing and installing a solar system and battery. From the initial introduction with their sales team through installation and inspections, I received frequent updates on where the process was and what to expect next. Each time they provided a definite time or date they were on time, and their installers were even finished half a day early! I had no problem getting the install through my homeowners association either, as Sunsolar provided a comprehensive packet of plans and schematics and all I had to do was forward it to the HOA.
