We had some wind damage to a couple of the solar panels. I contacted the office and they were all over it to get a repair technician dispatched to fix it. The tech, Quinn, did an awesome job, clean work and left everything as it was. Nice job.

Esteban was very thoughtful about our needs for our roof and gave extra time to making sure the tiles matched. We are grateful for his attention to his work. Five stars!

I want others to know what they are getting when they hire SunSolar Solutions in Las Vegas, Nv. The salesman Daniel was great, no pressure, very knowledgeable, and friendly. The install guys did a great job, however watching other installs occur in my neighborhood since mine, I think SunSolar breaks more roof tiles than other companies. I then needed to call the office staff several times after giving them the specs for my roof tiles to come out and get them replaced. The issues I have are primarily with the administrative staff and follow up performance when errors arose. SunSolar was supposed to apply for applications with the local utility, NvEnergy. They applied but failed to pay the application fee. After 30 days the application automatically expires. They did this twice, and had I not called the utility to get the second one reinstated, there would have been a third application. All this time wasting away was only costing me because I was not active with NvEnergy. Due to their incompetence it took three months to get an inspection scheduled. The system was up and operating nine days later after wasting the previous three months. The other issue I had with them was their inability to get the Enphase app working correctly. After 4+ service calls for errors and incorrect data in the app, I called Enphase directly and with their help was able to accomplish what SunSolar could not do. I ended up needing to rewire and change polarity of incorrectly installed current transformers. The Enphase tech also changed several parameters the SunSolar people incorrectly had them set. The final straw was when it came time for the final payment for their services, they are only concerned with collecting the money. They do not take responsibily for their short comings or mistakes. I felt they needed to credit me some for completing their job. They are not concerned with customer satisfaction, just making money. Sadly, I can not recommend them after seeing their true ways.

At the first year inspection of our new home, it was discovered there were multiple cracked/missing tiles on our roof. I contacted Sun solar customer service since they had installed solar on our roof and they were very responsive to our concerns and quickly arranged for someone to come out to make repairs they were responsible for. Esteban was the one who was sent, and he went above and beyond to take care of our roof and made all the repairs that he found. He even left us a few extra tiles for future needs that may come up. I have no qualms about working with them in any future needs that come up, especially with Esteban.

My wife and I are very happy with our Sunsolar/Tesla battery installation. Our sales associate Zak was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Nayeli, our customer service rep, kept us informed every step of the process and was always available when we had questions. Our service tech Quinn helped us understand how to use the app on our cell phones and took a lot of time with us. We will recommend Sunsolar Solutions to anyone interested in solar.

Recently, I had the pleasure of conducting business with SunSolar. Our initial contact was Christian Herrera. We had previously dealt with three other solar companies, some of which were direct and to the point. After receiving an estimate, they informed us, “To ensure your satisfaction, I will refrain from further contact regarding our estimate. ” While this was a refreshing change from persistent sales tactics, it is not the focus of this review. This review is dedicated to SunSolar and the exceptional team and experience they provided. Christian was an outstanding representative, demonstrating patience and transparency throughout the process. Despite the three-month timeline required to make an informed decision, the company never instilled a sense of obligation or pressure. The project manager, Natalie, provided excellent communication, including precise installation times and estimates. The installers were also professional and responsive, ensuring timely completion of the installation, even amidst windy conditions. The overall communication throughout the process was exceptional. The company’s professionalism was evident in their ability to install 29 panels within a two-to-three-day period, despite the challenging weather conditions. While safety concerns necessitated an extension of the third day, Christian and Natalie were always available to address any questions or concerns. In conclusion, the experience of obtaining solar energy for the first time was truly remarkable. SunSolar exceeded our expectations with their exceptional service and professionalism.

Sun Solar Solutions was the best choice when I went solar. Being from CA, there were tons of solar companies that left me uncomfortable, and did not explain anything about the system. Sun Solar Solutions and Cristian Herrera my Solar Advisor explained everything about the system and left me feeling comfortable. That made me feel great as just a price was not pushed on me, and I actually got to understand what my solar was going to do for me. If I had more homes, I would put Sun Solar Solutions solar systems on there in a heartbeat. Wonderful Company and wonderful service.

My sales representative, Drake, was not only very knowledgeable, but he made me feel like a family member. I could not have been happier with the service I received from the beginning of the process to flipping on my Solar Power. My customer service girl was AMAZING! She kept in constant contact with me, always letting me know where we were in the process. If I had any questions at all she was very quick to respond. When it came time to download the app, (upon my request) I received a call and was walked through step by step. They did absolutely everything for me. They filed the permits, they contacted my power service provider. Literally everything. It was completely stress free for me. I would HIGHLY recommend Sunsolar to anyone considering getting solar.
