The hair I ordered didn’t arrive on its due day, and when I asked a representative about it, she told me it was out of stock...would have been nice for someone to let me know instead of just waiting around for hair that was never coming!! If it was out of stock, I shouldn’t have been able to buy it!

I am completely in love with this company and their hair! I truly could go on and on about it. Currently I live in Atlanta, where there used to be a physical store location, and the customer service was phenomenal! They really took the time to make sure you were well taken care of and satisfied with each purchase. Before I moved here, however, I was away in college and ordered all of my hair online and the delivery process was quick and easy. What really kept me loyal to this company for over the past 3.5 years though was the quality of the hair. Each bundle that I've purchased I've been able to reinstall more than once, it doesn't shed at all, and it is very light-weight and manageable. Been wearing hair extensions for over 15 years and I never had ones that blended so well with my natural hair. Due to the natural wave all I have to do is let it dry natural, no blow drying, not flat ironing, no curling iron and it always looks styled and pretty, even when I wake up in the morning. Quality, texture, and volume are simply perfection. If you have curly or wavy hair definitely get theses, you won’t regret it!
