I love my i-tip extensions. the hair is nice and doesn't tangle or get matted. The only con is its not true to color. i ordered a 4 and it is very much a 30 in color and not a 4. I love it either way i still used it and love the hair.

I recently moved to Arizona from Illinois. This was my first time purchasing hair from Sunny's. The hair was more expensive than I had paid in Illinois, but I wasn’t familiar with any other retailers in AZ. The hair arrived in a timely manner, which I was very pleased. The appearance and feel of the hair was nice. I had the hair and closure installed. By the end of the day the hair was tangled in the back. I couldn't even run my fingers through the hair. I had to use a wide tooth comb to get the tangles out. There was some breakage while combing out the ends. The same thing has happened every day throughout the day. I love the look of the hair but not the quality. Highly disappointed with the hair performance especially for the cost. C.W.

I bought a closure and it had a ton of short pieces in it. Not baby hair, just all over and throughout the entire unit. I had to cut bangs just to use it since customer service wouldn’t acknowledge the issue And correct it. Still, it wasn’t what I wanted but I didn’t want to waste $125. I’m not surprised seeing as how the last time I had an issue with a bundle I got the same excuses and unempathetic response. I just assumed it was an anomaly, but it wasn’t. To be fair, I have purchased some great bundles from Sunnys; but those were purchased in the store location where I could pick and choose from multiple bundles. Now that most brick and mortar locations are closed buying the hair online has been a hit or miss unfortunately... total crapshoot 🙄. You can get two totally different bundles with two different textures, it’s as if they don’t even try to match them. Terrible!

These bundles needs improvement. The hair is very thin and sheds a lot! The quality isn’t bad. The hair colors very easily. I just feel more hair should be added, per bundle, and the weft needs to be reinforced some more to avoid thinning of hair

I ordered 18" wavy hair from Sunny's. Communication from Sunny's was great throughout the process. The hair quality is great, thick weft, full body from weft to ends of hair and no tangles. Overall great experience and I will be buying from Sunny's again in the future.

By far the best natural hair in the industry, as I have tried other hair companies, I am new to wearing weave, and went with True Glory initially because that’s who my daughter has always used, and I was always skeptical because I didn’t want it to look like I was wearing fake hair, because if its natural hair it should look natural. I tried and ordered Sunny’s hair because I saw another client’s hair and it looked so natural and blended and flowed with her real hair so well and ask her where did she get her hair from, was not disappointed, the quality of the hair definitely sets them apart from other hair companies. I get the micro links and as my hair is left out. I always get compliments as no one can tell the difference between my hair and the weave it looks and feels so real and natural, it is so soft and light love love love this hair would definitely recommend! And have already re-ordered! Sunny’s is definitely my go to hair Company and would not even consider ordering hair from any place else! I have always raved about Sunny’s hair to my daughter and she has made the switch!

I usually have no problem with the site or the quality of hair I receive so that’s all good. BUT, I tried a new hair color out and it wasn’t right for me. I wanted to RETURN my unopened package and get my usual color instead. I was unable to return anything from info on their site. Nor, could I get a hold of someone from the site.. They have a time limit on the return too so I was getting extra frustrated as I needed to order the other hair color instead too. Finally, I had to go they messaging someone from an FB page. Who had me return it and then it arrived at the brick and mortar shop in mesa. They contacted someone they knew and somehow it finally got returned with much headache! The ladies that finally responded were responsive however they didn’t really have anything to do with the website store. Bottom line.. customer service with returns= not good. Product great.

Best extensions ever.

I use to love the hair but I’ve noticed over the past couple of years the quality has went down hill..... the hair tangles and sheds really bad now.... the hair is so/so but it’s been better... the only reason I continue to be a customer is because I keep thinking Its gonna change but I’m dissatisfied every time. The last order I recieved will probably my last...
