Good customer service and communication. There were some hick-ups in the order (screws missing from the factory and a part on back-order), and they were quick to reply and make it right. Nothing is more important than good customer service and communication.

Everything was perfectly superior including shipment and delivery.

Shipped great but the wiper blades I got don’t work as well as I thought they would being brand new wipers. Pretty disappointed.
