The Carbon18 table comes in a ridiculously awkward and heavy box, complete with pallet, dropped wherever the delivery service is willing to go. Hopefully you are prepared to move it around, there doesn't seem to be an option to have delivery white-glove it somewhere convenient. Once that part is done, everything else is dead simple: open box, insert parts, stand it up. Still a two-person job, but straightforward. It moves and collapses easily, seems pretty sturdy, looks sleek with the black table top.

Routine in a good way. I ordered, it came when you said it would. It was in good condition. It was just like the picture in the catalog. There was one minor blemish in the finish but I am very pleased overall with the quality. Note that this table is VERY heavy, came off truck with forklift, then took two strapping middle aged guys promised beer to get it to the basement. Definitely takes two to flip the table over and up once assembled. But then is extremely sturdy and worth the weight!

Nice website and excellent presentation of quality products. The tracking emails are a nice touch, too. Delivery guys Sean and Earl were friendly, efficient, and strong like bull! They can handle heavy loads easily. The entire process from start to finish was well done.

Great table (XTR Pro). Excellent customer service; answered all my many questions. Table arrived very well packaged and thus in perfect condition. The table fits nicely folded up against a wall in my garage and is easy to pull out and open up. Now that we've done the assembly once, we could possibly do it again in the 20(?) minutes as advertised, but it took us over an hour, even with the excellent instructions and diagrams. But what's an hour when the table is going to last for many, many years?!
