The engraving is rough to the touch and area around it seems like it is pitted, not smooth & looks cheap. I don't think it's worth what I paid for it.

Customer service very helpful, but site confusing when typing in what you want on your tag. When you preview info it may not be what you put in, but customer service says they will print what you typed. Mine came out what I typed. Hope that’s clear.
