The bracelet broke the second day I wore it.

I gave a 4 because I ordered a bracelet and an id card and the engraving on the card had a different phone number than the bracelet had on it. The bracelet was right and the card was wrong. I don't know if I had it wrong or if Sticky J had it wrong but a quick look at the two would have fixed that. I thought quality control would have caught that.

I like the look of the bracelet. It’s just what I wanted. Sticky said the size was 71/2” to 81/2”. The bracelet came at 81/2” and I needed 71/2”. There were no instructions. Looked for every way possible to remove one link so it would fit. Couldn’t figure it out. I had another brand before and was able to size it on my own. Had to take it to a jeweler and pay to have them do it. Not happy about that.

Bracelet was a bit loose, so we were able to claps it on a different loop and it's fine now. Exactly what we needed. Glad that it's lightweight and doesn't get in the way of things. thank you

I ordered a bracelet that a drawstring macrame medical ID $24.99 SEA2025C - I liked it very much except after about a month it started to unravel and I couldn't fix it - I was very disappointed in the quality of the product. I ordered a different style of bracelet and I hope this one doesn't fall apart like the macrame one did

The necklace was okay, but the engraving was very small. On the bracelet some of the engraving has worn off and it was only worn a couple of days.

The service was exceptional, but the selection was limited. You used to carry a family heavy duty chain and bracelet. But I can't font it anymore. Which I'm very disappointed about.

Clasp broke within 24hrs. Nice idea to cut to fit, but not easy to do. Clasp not repairable.

I received my bracelet today and they did a very nice job on it. I live in the state of Michigan and they knew what needed to be done so my wishes are passed on should anything happen to me.
