After using a tricep rope for abdominal pull-downs on a cable machine and feeling like my pinky finger was going to be smashed off, I found these abdominal straps from Spud. Shipping is fast and service is great, but you expect that in today's world from every company so let me tell you why I am a Spud Fanboy. I've been lifting for 25 plus years, most of which was typical gym bro with my generic wrist wraps or knee sleeves you get from any sporting goods store or off Amazon, it wasn't until about 12-15 years ago I started training strong man and quickly found not all gym gear is created equal.
