I am a longtime customer of Spicejungle. I am a home baker and get all of my flavor ingredients from them. Their products are packaged carefully and shipped quickly. When I have needed to contact customer service they respond quickly and go above and beyond answering any questions I have. Great company.

BE AWARE!!! HEALTH HAZARD. Company sells molded mushrooms and do not even remotely take responsibility for their product. Packaging does not have expiration date or consume by date. Their refund policy is only 30 days!! THAT should be an ALERT!! So anything you by make sure, you consume with 30 days! Molded mushrooms are health hazard! BE AWARE! Find another company.

All the spices I gave purchased from Spicejungle have been of superb quality. It's the only company I buy my spices from now. Their shipping is fast and it is very easy and convenient to order from their website.

I ordered 1 item on 12/9, it didn't ship until 12/14 and will not arrive until at least 12/20. Unless you don't mind waiting, go elsewhere. They stated 3-7 day shipping when I purchased my item. Not sure I will shop here again, Haven't been able to try the item so hoping it was worth the wait.

Waited nine days after placing order to find out that spice I ordered was out of stock and it will be another 15 days before it is back in stock. Very poor customer service. Don’t waste your time and money at this website. There are others you can go to! I won’t be shopping here any more!

All I can say is that because Joe was so helpful, quick to respond to my emails, answered them in great detail that was easy to read, and was pleasant and professional to communicate with, I will be doing hopefully a lot of business with this company. I can tell that this company is well run by smart people because not only are the quality of the products I have received by them detailed and impressive, but also because they employ people like Joe, who im sure that this company greatly values.
