Replacements came easily and easy to ship back empties with USPS. More expensive than my typical local option but with everything shut down this saved me right when I was about to run out. I find I had to press a little further on my soda stream handle To fully carbonate but it was definitely compatable. .

Called customer service when having issue with getting Sodastream fizzi to work with Sodasense co2. Was recommended another product from IDrink so swapped out and got a Drinkmate and returned fizzi to Costco. Both products work great together and now I can use the exchange program from Sodasense and it's cheaper.

SodaSense makes a lot of sense if you use your SodaStream machine a lot like I do and don’t want to go to the store to recycle the cannisters. Their system is easy and efficient.

I just returned my first box of empty canisters today. I must say how convenient it is to simply box them up and put them in the mail. I don't have to think about when I will get to a store that can do an exchange. Especially in this time of social distancing I cannot think of a more convenient way to exchange my CO2 for my bubbly water!

Soda Sense made exchanging our CO2 tanks super easy! We used their directions and guidance to purchase an extra tank so that exchanging tanks in the future won’t interrupt our soda machine use. Packaging was super easy to use as well! After figuring costs and convenience, this is the way to go.

Great except that I was worried about delivery date - was my first order.

This is such a great service. So many times we would go to the stores that stocked refills and they were out. Now many of the CS centers are closed due to Covid so it lets us still get our cartridges without making unnecessary trips to the store. Worth every penny!

LOVE using Soda Sense for my CO2 refills. I live about an hour away from the closest store that would exchange them. I love the convenience of just being able to drop them off in my mailroom. This week I dropped it off on Monday or Tuesday and got it back today - 5 business days later. I am so grateful for this service, and they make it so easy. Once you are done with your bottles, put them back in the box, and tape it shut. It's as easy as that. They also keep you updated as to what the order is processed and when it has shipped.

Love this service, but we did have an issue in which it never arrived the first time, but customer service was fast and effective and resent us a new one which arrived without issue. That was my only hiccup with the service so far, but otherwise I love it.

I waiting to review until I had used the product and the return service. The ordered canisters came with a very nice box and return label - no extra packaging, just what you needed. The canister lasted a LONG time - I am used to the OTHER brand and I think this one lasted a bit longer and I THINK it's a bit fizzier. The return service was flawless and I had great communication from the company and a return within a week. I will certainly continue to use the service - much easier and a good value.

Worked perfectly in our sodastream. Shipment came quickly. We are back in bubble heaven
