Your rates have INCREASED every single time I send my canisters back. What's the story? I'm about to leave y'all. That's just bad business.

I received my Soda Stream for Christmas 2019, and after using the original canister, I ordered the 1st set of two from SodaSense. The first one was already empty, so I counted it as a fluke and didn't worry about it. I went ahead and opened the second on. When I finished that canister, I returned both and received my new set right away. I used the first canister and it was fine. When I opened the 2nd canister, it was empty. I was extremely disappointed. So far using Soda Sense was costing me about $45 per canister. After that, I went to Bed Bath and Beyond and used my coupon and my original canister and got two for $38 bucks. In addition it was easier to do this than I thought. I want to return my Soda Sense canisters and terminate my relationship with them, but for some reason I cannot log in to my account. I am afraid that if mail them in without removing my card, I will be charged again. I will have to contact customer service. Anyway, maybe it works for some people and it is a good idea, but it was not for me.

Shipping is 10/10 Packaging is 10/10 The Website isn't as easy to navigate as I would hope and the user account information isn't as robust. But I love the idea and concept and the product is delivered in a timely manner. I've already told my friends about it.

This is the EASIEST way to refill the bottles for my Sodastream. Prior to signing up - I went to Walmart twice - only to find out that they were out of refills - so I had to buy new. Now I have 3 bottles - which makes Soda Sense PERFECT - 2 bottles arrive at my home almost before the 3rd bottle is used! LOVE this program - and they LAST A LOT LONGER!!!!

The Soda Sense refills save me time and fuel of having to go to Walmart or other location who offer refills. Perhaps more importantly, in comparison to the other refills I've tried, the Soda Sense product tastes better and the same size canisters last a bit longer. Although, because they taste better, I use it more. Quality product, Fair price, Great service

Love how simple the exchange process is. The box makes it very clear how to exchange and new cylinders are shipped to you the same day you drop off your empty ones at the post office and the package is scanned in. My only complaint is that I wasn't thrilled that in order to sign up, I had to pay an extra fee to have an empty box shipped to me. This was almost a deal breaker when I contemplated signing up and is a unappealing barrier when considering becoming a customer.
