Messaged about exchanging this bottle and the refill because consistency didn’t match the sample I loved from my allure box. Got no response. The ones I received were 3 months from expiration so maybe it was that made it feel differently. The strawberry I ordered is a year out from expiration and wonderful, and what I would expect from trying a sample. Loved the smell of both but probably won’t order again since had an issue and it was ignored. ):
