You no longer have produce rotting in the fridge because it can very easily be used to make juice with minimal effort to set up and clean up after. Worthy investment for one’s well being and health. LOVE it. The reduced star is due to a constant fear that it will break down as I’ve only had it for 3 weeks and heard all kinds of questionable sounds… we are just getting to know each other. Also I had a hard time getting the hang of how to push the lever to disconnect blender from base. I think I have a hang of it now. Starting at 10yo, I’ve used blenders at least monthly all my life (25+ yrs), so not entirely a newbie. This though is a whole other level. The warranty is super helpful just in case, but I do love this
