The longer of the two awnings were cut 3" longer making install very frustrating called and submitted pictures to customer service. I'm hopeing they send a new fabric due to this mishap. Customer service seemed understanding and helpfull. I just hope they stand by their product.... to be continued !

Purchased new window awnings and slide toppers for my 2000 Newmar Mountain Aire. 4 awnings/2 slide toppers. Everything fit well and quality is very good. We did our own installation and everything worked out fine. Highly recommend Shade Pro.

Went to shade pro site to order awning. They asked me the width . I got awning and installed it. Never put awning out till we arrived in Texas for winter. Put awning out and was surprised when it was a couple of feet short. I talked to people at shade pro and they said that was what I ordered. I said the only question I was asked was how wide of an awning fabric I needed. I had no clue there were different lengths. They said this one was for trailers with an extension cover. I said I would think that a business such as there’s would ask the right questions to insure the customer was getting the product they needed. This went back and forth for days and finally I said, Ok for whatever reason I have an awning I can’t use, you have made a profit, could you sell me the right awning fabric at cost and I will pay for shipping. This way you have provided good customer service and still made your profit. Sounded fair to me. Never heard back from them after that. Buyer be ware,

Very happy with Shadepro, there was always someone to talk to I had questions about my install and they asked their installation department and they sent me a drawing and answered my questions same day. They did make a mistake on my order but I emailed them and they corrected it right away. I would definitely recommend them as a great company, great support and very good pricing.

Got the shade couple weeks ago went camping Labor Day weekend and got to install it and use it. Easy install did need 2 people to make it easier shade zips and unzips fine with just 1. Even with sun being shaded still seemed to make it cooler under awning. Seems to be made sturdy time will tell if it lasts
