Courteous, Fast and Great Price

I called and a very nice lady answered. I gave her my carefree awning part# and she gave me the price and everything. I hung up went online paid for it and 3 days later here it is. I'll do business again with Shadepro.

BYER BEWARE

I am a snowbird from Canada had my awnings replaced in Yuma when I got home in April the awnings were coming apart bad material and labor because I was from Canada they would not be able to help me by sending a technician so I asked if I could get a quote from a Canadian technician I sent in the quote with pictures and for three months I have been given the runaround with no answers so Canadian snowbirds BYER BEWARE

E450 Sun Shade

Great service! We recently ordered a sun shade for our motorhome. It fit perfectly and we enjoy being able to see out and blocking the sun. We ordered the tan color and my wife loves it, matches the color on the MH.

Top Notch Service

Absolutely amazing company to work with and even better installers. My awning broke over 1 year ago. I live in Wyoming. I knew that Shade Pro would be in in my area for a upcoming large RV rally. I called the main parts contact info. I explained to them what i had going on and how there install team would be in my area. They put me in contact with a installer that was at the RV rally. He got everything needed to repair my awning ordered. The very next day he came to my home and repaired my awning for me. The service was great, The installer was great, the product is great, The installer also trained me the properly way to use my awning to prevent another accident. Kudos to installer Joseph.

Top Notch Service

Horrible And Stressful Experience

We suffered a destroyed awning due to Hurricane Helene. We decided after thorough research to go with a complete CAREFREE Travel'r 19FT awning with our choice of fabric. We received the awning minus the relay control switch which is necessary to function the awning properly. When the switch finally arrived, we had our RV Repairman do the installation. For the 1st time, our awning functioned accordingly and that is when we discovered the large dent in the roller tube. Needless to say, we were sorely disappointed. We contacted Shadepro to let them know of this damage and of course, they blamed the carrier. Our RV Repairman did a full inspection of the damage and he is quite certain our fabric was loaded on a defective/damaged tube. His inspection and determination is because the fabric was NOT compromised in any way. Given the large size of the deny, it was obvious. Shadepro made it my effort to file a claim with the carrier, dropping the ball! Carrier sent us a measly payment of $75. 00. We paid far more than that for this tube so that was unacceptable. I have tried to reach out to Shadepro and they are rejecting my messages, again, hiding from the truth! Buyers beware. Do you want to support thos company when they are incapable of standing behind their products? We will NEVER do business with this company again and strongly DO NOT recommend them to ANY fellow RV owners whether it he local here in Georgia or nationwide to those across this country that we know. Despicable to say the least treating senior citizens this way!

The experience with this company was great

I just received my shadepro this week. And I made a mistake in awning wide call on Saturday July 12 and was helped in getting what we needed in less 10 minutes between on hold and talking with a customer service representative. That was totally awesome!!!

Best products and tech support out there.

We have many products from Shade Pro and they are all of great quality. We recently had a problem with a window shade and all it took was a phone call and they sent a UPS label to print and we boxed and sent it to their headquarters. The item was repaired and returned in short order. Best tech support we have ever dealt with. Thanks for your fantastic help.

We have many products from Shade Pro and they are all of great quality. TERRIBLE Experience and Customer Service

Poor customer service. Ordered a complete Carefree Travel'r awning assembly. Was charged for shipping as well. We were told the complete awning assembly shipped from their Tucson, AZ warehouse. We made the decision to change from our old Dometic awning to this Carefree. Our RV Mechanix arrived at our site to perform the installation. Mind you, some of the cartons arrived slightly damaged. We supplied photos accordingly. One key component for the functionality of the awning, relay control switch was left out of the shipment. Caused major issues with the repairman as he was charging us an additional $250 to come back at a later date once we received the relay control switch. Switch never came after 10 days later. Shadepro sent another relay control switch, took 2 weeks to get here. By this time, our insurance Informed us they were NOT going to pay the additional labor fee. RV Repairman was not pleased, started yelling at me and my husband took exception to this and fired him! We had to have a new awning due to damages we suffered from Hurricane Helene. Shadepro did not care that we were inconvenienced by their incompetence! Had they been diligent in their shipping process ev en though we were assured ALL of the awning components had shipped. We are so disappointed in their non compliance and "could care less" attitude that we wish we had NEVER made the awning brand change! We should have stayed with Dometic but I was convinced by the Shadepro customer service rep Christina, that we were getting a better product! We are out of pocket the funds for the 2nd relay control switch to be installed. At this point, we will NOT be doing any future business with Shadepro. We have been advised there are others we can give our business to with more favorable results.

Excellent

I received my order for the class A rv windshield shade in less than three days! We have been on the road using them every day and could not be happier. The shades are great quality and fit perfectly made to order! I installed them easily in about an hour with provided hardware. No problems at all. Super happy and they even saved money while keeping the rv cooler on the 100 degree days we have seen. Shadepro beats the competition hands down! Everyone asks about them too, and I say go to ShadePro!!!

do not trust to receive the size you order

i made an order of rv owning in the website but they send the wrong size almost two feet shorter .when i called the customer service they told me to ship it back then they said they need to approve it by management before i ship it back . they called me few days later and said they will not replace it ,i have to pay for the right size again. The claim of 100 percent satisfaction grantee is false .my advice do not trust receiving the proper size you order .look for another company

Very poor installation

While wintering in Yuma, AZ I had someone come out to measure and install the double vista roll shades in my motor home. Appointment was made quickly and shades were ready in a few days. The product is high quality but the installer did a horrible job. About two days after he was gone one of the slide shades fell out of the window three different times so another installer came out and worked on it for a long time. He seemed to get it working and he also adjusted one shade because it wouldn't roll up all the way. About two weeks later we headed home to Washington State and the first day that same shade that fell completely pulled the valance off the slide wall causing big holes where the screws were. Then a couple days later the same shade that wouldn't roll up all the way is stuck again plus another shade in the slide fell out and wouldn't go back in so now I have two windows with no shades and can't get them fixed because shade pro isn't anywhere near me to honor their warranty. Won't be back in their service area for months. I paid over $2000 and I'm very disappointed in there installation. Their advertisement about their installers is not accurate. Had they done their job right this would have never happened. I've contacted them. They asked for pictures which I sent and now they won't contact me back. Morale of the story is to install your product yourself to get it right the first time.

Great Customer Service!

I have purchased two replacement awnings from Shade Pro over the last 5 years. I recently purchase an awning however the LED lights that were installed under the awning required that I have a smaller spline or poly cord. I called the customer service department and they immediately recognize the problem and mailed me the proper poly cord at no charge! Their response was we want to make sure our customers are satisfied! I highly recommend Shade Pro because of their customer service and great products!

Appreciation

This is my second shade Pro and I have two other friends that have bought shaped Pro awnings they are the best out there for the price and quality. I purchased a replacement and due to my LED lights I needed a smaller spline or poly cord. Appreciation

This is my second shade Pro and I have two other friends that have bought shaped Pro awnings they are the best out there for the price and quality. Quality

Sorry, but all the five stars, you need to wait a few years. Quality of material is poor. The sun will take it's toll in a year or two: cracking and brittle. I sent pics to the warranty dept. only to be told it was installation error. SORRY!!! It was not!! Poor quality materials. Two toppers and an awning were purchased and installed by myself. Largest topper is the item failing the worst. RV kept in the shade as much as possible. Two years max for this material.

One spring messed up and the company honored the one year warranty and Joseph came back out and fixed it with no charge. We also replaced most of our inside blinds with Shade Pro as well. No problems and been three years. Great company and employees! Highly recommend!

Bad service

Ordered a shade pro for my 2018 Pacearrow. Received the product without installation info. Had it installed by someone with 30 years experience. Didn’t fit well. Called the company explained what happened sent pictures was told it was the right measurement for my rv. Even though the shade didn’t fir well. No explanation from them as to why. They said sorry the packer forgot to put the installation paper in my order. Must be a tough job. Blamed my installer. To this day the screen has wrinkles in it. Even after they sent installation paper which this time my installer followed. The reason I gave it two stars was Christina at customer service was very good and nice. I DON’T recommend this product.
