These guys have been a God send. I use to have a escape artist Beagle who would climb our six foot fence and go visiting any and everyone she could find. She was scanned by several Vets and we would have to go pick her up.

Haven't gotten it

The leash works fine, but after a short time the white plastic letters (Service Animal) have started to lift from the leash fabric. I used super glue on the lifting letters. Hoping this will keep the leash usable. ( It has never gotten wet.)

I bought an item in February 20th and I didn’t receive it so far because of incomplete address, but I have put the right and complete address when I shopped. It was the second time that I had the problem. I sent an email and they didn’t answer me so far.

I have enjoyed all the products in the bundle. My Rajah is famous for loosing her clip on tag and the staff is so quick to answer my emails and send a new one no questions asked. I am getting a new service dog to take my Rajahs' place as she is being retired. I plan to purchase the same bundle for my Luna.

Easy and fast service! Registered my dog so she can fly and be with us everywhere. We also save in hotel rates as most pet friendly hotels does not charge extra fees for service dogs.
