She explained everything so clearly, and I really appreciated how she helped me find the option that fit my situation best. She also mentioned pet insurance in a helpful, no-pressure way, and even followed up with an email that made it easy for me to learn more on my own. I had the same ID card for my Akita named John Cena before he passed away now I have my Doberman pincher named Keyhnai I hope it’s gonna work out that way my landlord stop asking me if he’s a service dog she keeps saying that he’s an emotional support dog and he is not an emotional support dog. He is a service dog dislike my Akita was.

My experience was great from the Online Registration Process, receiving my Service Dog Registration via Email and the high quality Registration Cards and products via USPS. The only thing I could not use is the harness. My Service Dog is a tiny 9lb Toy Poodle and I couldn’t adjust the harness to securely fit her. I did attach her name plates to one of her Service Dog harness’s. I placed a 2nd order with a change of Emergency Contact person so that I could switch out to whoever accompanies me during our outings. I received these also in a timely manner! I will continue to reorder as needed and highly recommend to everyone!
