The clear face gel moisturizer is amazing! Has aloe in it and great ingredients that I checked and are non-comedogenic and FUNGAL ACNE SAFE!!! So far, the only moisturizer that works for my sensitive skin. Also, it helps heal any wounds from picked pimples. I love it!

I absolutely love the Fragrance Free Hydrating cleanser. I think it's a great cleaner. No fragrance other than smelling fresh and clean and doesn't dry out my skin. Regarding the Extreme Dry Skin Repair Lotion and the Hydrating Hand + Nail Balm. . . I like that they do what they're supposed to do. But, I don't like that they're fragranced because I have sensitive skin. I can use the repair lotion on my legs only. If I use it anywhere else my skin gets irritated.

I had not been getting any emails from you and since I have been a customer for about 15 years, and I usually place an order every holiday season, I proactively went to your site. When I clicked on "sales" a completely blank page popped up. That is why I had to call in. I have since founds all your emails in spam. I indicated to Google that you are not spam. I had not thought to look there because for years the emails arrived just fine. I had, however, checked in Promotions but did not see and there. Again, that is why I called.

I love the shampoo specially because it has caffeine to promote new hair growth. But, I wonder why it is that the rinse doesn’t have it? Are you planning to add it to the formula to complement and enhance the shampoo’s properties? If both shampoo and rinse have caffeine new hair might grow faster. Thank you

Hi, At times i had to put BANDAIDS on THREE of my fingers because of the open wounds on my fingers.DRYNESS. I have been using BURTS BEES HAND SALVE for 10 0r more years. I didn’t help now. One day i stopped by a table at a COSTCO. I tried out your hand lotion. I needed to put your lotion on my hands THREE times in order to ease the DRYNESS on my hands. My hands then became so ?HEALED ?i didn’t need any lotion for 5 (Maybe 4) days. That’s how good the lotion was. I Orded 3 TUBBES. ITS NOT THE SAME LOTION!!!!! This locution leaves a sticky film on me. It doesn’t last any better than Burts Bees. If this tube is in error, I’d like to exchange it. What shall I do? Please respond.
