Honda CRV Seat Retract & Computer Reset
They repaired my seatbelt retract and reset the computer and turned it around very fast. When I reconnected everything I still had an airbag light so I called them. They explained that I needed to send the buckle as well so I did. Very fast response and would recommend!

UNPLEASED AT BEST
THE TIME THAT IT TOOK WITH NO CONTACT AND WHEN CONTACT WAS MADE WE WERE TOLD A MADE UP EXCUSE WHICH WAS REPEATED TO ME A WEEK LATER. BUT ON THAT NOTE THIS WAS MY SECOND TIME USING THIER SERVICE TO WHICH THE FIRST TIME WAS AWSOME.... BUT PROBABLY WONT USE THEM AGAIN DUE TO ISSUES WE HAD.

I am very pleased with my experience with Safety Restore. I had the webbing replaced in my drivers side seatbelt and the quality of the replacement was very very good. Just installed it in the car and it works perfectly. I will no doubly be sending in the passenger side to have it done. The whole experience with customer service was good. I will say though that you should tell customers that the 24 hr turnaround is from the time you open the box. I assumed it was from the time you received it. It was 3 days from the time you got it til I was contacted that you were working on it so it was more like a 4 day turn around…my only complaint. I would have no problem recommending your service to customers, family and friends. Thanks
