Missing piece on bed rack called to get the part they were great getting me taken care of and they sent me wrong prices again so the fixed it great company just wish they gave me a credit or something

2019 Ford Ranger

About a year ago I bought a flat fender fender kit for my 2017 Sahara. Just recently I noticed that the material used in the fender was getting a white tinged to it and I thought I'd get a hold of rough country and let them know what they were doing. I thought maybe they would just tell me what kind of cleaner or restore to use on it. But instead they're sending me a whole new set of fenders which still just blows my mind that a company would do this. You hear of this kind of service? But it never really happens to you. I don't know how to thank rough country for for their exceptional warranty coverage and their excellent customer care.. My Jeep is rough country from head to toe suspension, shocks, flares lights. I'm so glad I made the right choice after this issue. Thanks again!

I recently ordered a tire carrier bumper that was shipped in multiple boxes. FedEx managed to lose/destroy one of them. I contacted customer service and a replacement part was shipped out that day! Great customer service.

Best lift kits on the market

Fast shipping on pretty much all products. Ordered a 3.5” lift kit and within a week of ordering I received the package on the date it was supposed too as opposed to another website where it takes 3 weeks for a 2oz sized package. Keep in mind I live in hawaii. Also for the customer service I was missing a locking nut for my upper control arms and messaged their live chat about it and got a new one sent out in 5 minutes. Amazing service and quality products

Phenomenal "Bang-For-Your-Buck" Shock. I have these paired up with C-Fab 3" Lift Arms. Keep in perspective that it's a UTV. These shocks don't make it ride like a Talon or Maverick, but there is a tremendous difference between these and stock. The ride height adjustability is great, too. These shocks put my machine anywhere from 1" below stock with the adjustment nuts bottomed out and was raising the machine almost a full 4" with 1.75" of adjustment thread left. All in all, im happy with this purchase.
