Box was scratched open and the rectangle basket was broken but the 360 good to have

Was able to customize the setup I wanted for how I’d most use it without paying for parts I didn’t want.

Customer service has been good. I ended up calling as I received no reply to my email regarding shipping estimate. A change in color was made, and after waiting 5 weeks on the original order, I received the amended one in less than a week. However, subsequent emails regarding shipment did not advise of some bundle items still on back order. A phone call cleared that up, and I am waiting as patiently for my skewer set and flat basket.
